How do I change my address details?

You can easily update your personal details by logging in to My Account at BRL Electronics.

There you can change details such as your address, email address and phone number.

Have you already placed an order?
Please note that changes you make under My Account are not automatically applied to orders you have already placed.

If you need to change the delivery address for an ongoing order, we recommend contacting our customer service team as soon as possible.

We will then check whether it is still possible to make the change. We cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed, even if the order has not yet been dispatched, as it may already be being processed or packed.

Always check that your contact details and delivery address are correct before completing an order.
