How do I submit a warranty claim?
If you want to submit a warranty claim, you need to register your claim here. Complete the form and follow the steps. Once the claim has been registered, our service department will contact you by email, usually within 24 hours. A shipping label will also be included in the email from the service department once any follow-up questions have been answered.
Before registering a warranty claim, we recommend contacting us first so we can check that the issue is not caused by incorrect installation, wiring or settings. This is for your benefit, as you may otherwise be charged for inspecting the product if no fault is found or if the issue is considered to result from incorrect use. See below.
Please note that your warranty covers manufacturing defects. Issues caused by incorrect use, such as incorrect product settings, are not covered by your warranty or statutory right to claim for faulty goods. It is therefore important to follow the instructions in the product’s user manual to avoid being charged an inspection fee. A service workshop may charge an inspection fee of approximately SEK 500–700 when the issue is not covered by warranty, to cover its costs.
Further information is available in our terms and conditions of sale and on the warranty claim registration page.
