The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to register your return on our website within 60 days of receipt.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to all products. Exceptions may include:

• Made-to-order or customised products.

• Products ordered in especially for you that are not normally part of our range.

• Cut-to-size or modified products, such as cables sold by the metre.

• Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once the seal has been broken, such as in-ear headphones.
