How long will my parcel be held at the collection point?

How long your parcel is held at the collection point depends on the carrier handling the delivery and the terms of the shipping service used.

The carrier’s notification will tell you the last collection date. It is your responsibility to collect the parcel within the specified time.

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?
If the parcel is not collected within the specified time, it is normally returned to us. An uncollected parcel does not automatically count as a return or as exercising your right of withdrawal, and fees may apply under our terms and conditions of sale.

Even if you change your mind about your purchase, you should collect the parcel. You can then return the items through our standard returns process.
