My parcel was damaged in transit. What should I do?
As the recipient, it is important to check the condition of the parcel at delivery to identify any damage caused in transit.
If you notice or suspect transit damage at delivery, do not accept the parcel. Instead, refuse the delivery and report the damage directly to the carrier. Then contact our customer service team so we can help you further.
If you only discover the damage after accepting the parcel:
Take photos of the packaging, any visible damage and the damaged product.
Contact our customer service team as soon as possible and include the photos and your order number.
Keep the packaging and all packing materials until the case has been closed.
Remember that products in seemingly undamaged packaging may also have been damaged in transit. We therefore recommend checking the contents as soon as possible after delivery.
Our customer service team will help you report the damage and handle the next steps in the case.
