What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

If you do not collect your parcel within the time specified by the carrier, it will be returned to us.

A fee of SEK 395 is charged for uncollected parcels to cover return shipping costs and additional handling.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you must still collect the parcel. You then register a return request on our website and return the items in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale.

Please note that leaving a parcel uncollected does not count as a standard return or as exercising your right of withdrawal.
