What terms apply to your gift cards?

Gift cards purchased through the BRL Electronics online shop are digital and sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

The following terms apply to our digital gift cards:

• The gift card is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. The validity period cannot be extended.

• The gift card can only be used for purchases in our online shop and is not valid in our physical stores.

• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Lost gift cards will not be replaced.

You can check your gift card and its balance by logging in to My Account and selecting Gift Cards.

Please note: We also sell gift cards in our physical stores. These are not covered by the digital gift card terms above.
