When will my order be dispatched?

When your order is dispatched depends on the items’ stock availability and whether you have selected Express Order.

Items that are in stock are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Processing may take longer during periods with a high volume of orders.

With Express Order, your order receives the highest priority for picking and packing in our warehouse. This means we process your order before standard orders so it can be dispatched as quickly as possible. However, Express Order does not mean faster transit.

Items that are out of stock are dispatched once they become available. The estimated delivery time is shown in your order confirmation.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you receive a dispatch confirmation with shipment information. You can also follow your order under My Account on our website.
