Where can I find my previous orders?

You can find your previous purchases by logging in to My Account on our website.

This brings together your purchase history from both our online shop and physical stores. In-store purchases are automatically linked to your customer account using the email address you provided at the time of purchase.

You can also follow current orders, check order status and find information about your deliveries.

Is a previous purchase missing? Check that you are using the same email address as when you made the purchase. If you still cannot find it, contact our customer service team so we can help you further.
