Why does my order confirmation show fewer speakers than I ordered?

Do not worry! If you have ordered a multipack of speakers, the quantity in your order confirmation may differ from the number of speakers you will actually receive.

Our multipacks often consist of products sold in pairs. This means a 4-pack may be shown as 2 units in the order confirmation because each item contains two speakers. Similarly, an 8-pack may be shown as 4 units.

You will, of course, receive the total number of speakers stated in the product description, even if the quantity in the order confirmation looks different.

Speaker adapters are normally sold in pairs unless otherwise stated.
