Why has an amount been reserved in my account?

When you make a purchase, your bank or payment provider may reserve the amount in your account before the payment is finalised.

A reservation means the money is temporarily held and cannot be used for other purchases. However, it does not necessarily mean the amount has been finally debited.

If an order is cancelled or a payment is not completed, the reservation may remain for a period before it is released.

How long this takes depends on your bank or payment provider.

BRL Electronics cannot manually remove a reservation. If you have questions about a reserved amount, we recommend contacting your bank or the relevant payment provider.
