Why have BRL staff reviewed a product?

Those of us who work at BRL are often just as passionate about audio and electronics as our customers.

Many of our staff use the products we sell themselves, both in their cars and at home. That is why we also share our personal experiences through product reviews.

We encourage our staff to leave honest reviews of products they use themselves, just like any other customer.

How do I know if a review was written by an employee?
Our staff can be identified by the gold “Works at BRL” badge shown alongside their profile.

If we can also verify that the employee bought the product from us, the “Verified Buyer” badge is shown.

These are two different badges:

• Works at BRL: The person is employed by us.

• Verified Buyer: We have been able to verify that the person bought the product from us.

We publish both positive and negative product reviews and want all reviews to contribute to a fair picture of the products.
