Why is my product review not visible straight away?

Most product reviews and community posts are published automatically. However, some may need to be reviewed before they become visible.

We welcome both positive and negative reviews and want our customers to be able to share their honest experiences of the product.

Why might a review not be approved for publication?
Product reviews should be about the specific product being reviewed.

Reviews that, for example, only discuss deliveries, customer service or other matters unrelated to the product itself may therefore not be approved for publication.

However, we do not remove reviews simply because they contain criticism or a negative opinion of the product.
